Jenny Pruitt and David Boehmig hosted a champagne reception June 21 to celebrate the launch of the new residential real estate firm Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.

Pruitt and Boehmig were joined at the reception by Michael R. Good, president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, Inc. from New York, and Atlanta business leaders, clients and friends at the firm’s new Piazza at Paces Office on Northside Parkway.

The reception also provided a forum for two announcements: the association of several residential sales specialists and the company’s long-range program of community support for the Chastain Horse Park.

Among the announced founding partners of the company were Wes Vawter, Wendy Zoller, Leslie, Bill and Natalie Ransom, Cheri Riley, Carol Dean Davis, Jackie Sanford and Sam Bayne.

With Amy Lance, founder and chairman of Chastain Horse Park attending, Pruitt and Boehmig announced the award of a scholarship endowment “to enable the participation of a student rider in Chastain Horse Park’s therapeutic riding programs.

The Horse Park is the first beneficiary of the new firm’s planned long-range program of community support.
