3344 Peachtree / SOVEREIGN tops out
Regent Partners, LLC celebrated the topping out of the 635-foot, 50-story 3344 Peachtree mixed-use building and its luxury condominium home component, SOVEREIGN on Nov. 1. The development is officially the tallest landmark in Buckhead.
The building is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2008, with business tenants occupying the building this spring and residential homeowners moving in this summer.
The 3344 Peachtree development has 500,000 square feet of Class A office and retail space that is now 50 percent leased with signature tenants including Jones Lang La Salle, Fifth Third Bank and Littler Mendelson, PLC. It will also be the new home to The Buckhead Club, as well as Buckhead Life’s newest restaurant and the contemporary Fresh 2 Order café.
SOVEREIGN, the residential component, includes 82 luxury homes starting on the building’s 28th floor and going up to the 50th floor. The homes, priced from $1million, offer expansive city views and a private club service. To complement the building’s kinetic and sweeping architecture designed by Atlanta architects, Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates (SRSSA), Regent Partners has commissioned world-renowned artist Todd Murphy to curate and design an original art and sculpture collection for the building’s public spaces and residential lobbies.
The condominium homes range in size from nearly 2,000 square feet to more than 10,000 square feet. The two top stories include some 19,000 square feet that will be divided into two distinctive homes.
