Serrano taking shape at Abernathy and Ga. 400

Serrano, the residential component of the larger master-planned Abernathy 400 development, is beginning to take shape as the covered parking garage at the Mediterranean-inspired community is nearing completion and framing is set to begin on the main residential component this month.

Being developed by Lane Southeast, LLC, the community will consist of 150 condominium residences priced from the low $300,000s.

“As construction on the community continues to progress, Serrano is truly beginning to take shape,” said John Bell, Southeast Regional Partner, Lane Company. “Passersby can now get a visual of the shape and form of the community.”

A sales gallery is located onsite at 901 Abernathy Road.
