The Buckhead Business Association (BBA) has invited a panel of top-level Buckhead banking and financial officials to discuss recent developments in the financial world at its quarterly luncheon Thursday, Oct. 16, at 103 West.
The panel will include Marvin Cosgray, the president of the Buckhead Community Bank; Charlie Crawford, the president of the Private Bank of Buckhead; Pam Hubby, an executive vice president of the Georgian Bank; and Doug Williams, the president of the Atlantic Capital Bank. The session will be moderated by Joe Brannen, the president of the Georgia Bankers Association.
“Especially during this unsettling time, people are in urgent need of solid advice from banking professionals,” said Peter Rooney, the president of the BBA. “We are delighted that the distinguished members of our panel are willing to share their expertise and provide our membership and guests with clear insights and recommendations for future action. The financial institutions represented on the bankers panel are eager to provide updated information and educate consumers about what it is they do and the role they play in the economy.”
Tickets can be ordered by calling 404-467-7607 until Oct. 13 and can be paid for with a check or credit card. Tickets are $50 for BBA members and $75 for others. Corporate tables, which seat eight and display the company’s name, can be purchased by BBA member companies for $400 and by nonmembers for $600. For information: www.buckheadbusiness.org.
