The following information was provided to the Reporter by the Zone 2 precinct of the Atlanta Police Department from its records and is presumed to be accurate.

Residential robbery

1300 block of Wesley Place, 30327 – A man told police Nov. 15 he walked into his garage and found two men in his vehicle. One of the men produced a handgun, and they robbed the resident of his wedding ring, an iPod and a pair of Nike sunglasses.

600 block of Channing Drive, 30318 – A woman reported Nov. 15 a man came to her door and said he was a worker from across the street and was there to fix the electricity. She let the man into her home, and he demanded money. She gave him $10, but he asked for more. He struck her several times and took $50 from her purse before leaving in a white, four-door sedan.

100 block of 26th Street, 30309 – A man reported Nov. 14 he was held at gunpoint when a robber forced his way into his apartment.

500 block of Northside Drive, 30309 – A man reported Nov. 10 two men entered his apartment, threatened him with a gun and stole his television, Xbox and iPod. He told police he had left his door unlocked.

Aggravated assault

1900 block of Peachtree Road, 30309 – A man reported Nov. 9 he was assaulted by a man wielding a silver revolver. The attacker pepper-sprayed the victim before fleeing in a beige Honda.

1700 block of Peachtree Street, 30360 – A victim reported Nov. 12 he was at the Office of Child Support Services when the mother of his children threatened to stab him in the neck with a pen.

Pedestrian robbery

3500 block of Piedmont Road, 30305 – A victim reported Nov. 11 she was grabbed from behind by a man after exiting her vehicle at her workplace. When she dropped her purse and ran, the robber took it and fled.

Commercial burglary

1700 block of Defoor Avenue, 30318 – Copper wires and pipes were reported stolen Nov. 11 from a building under renovation.

1300 block of Collier Road, 30318 – It was reported Nov. 14 that the wall of the Hill Street Warehouse was damaged but that no items were stolen.

1200 block of Old Chattahoochee Avenue, 30318 – An employee of Nar Persian Rugs reported Nov. 12 that 500 rugs valued at $700,000 and a Honda lawn mower were stolen from the store. The alarm went off twice, but when police arrived, they found nothing disturbed and all the doors locked. The alarm was later found torn off the wall.

1400 block of Chattahoochee Avenue, 30318 – It was reported Nov. 9 someone knocked the side out of a dividing wall at Pepsi Bottling Group to gain access to the cash room. The lock on the entry door had been knocked off with a sledge hammer. The safe was still locked, and nothing was taken. Police were unable to find fingerprints on the safe.

2000 block of Marietta Road, 30318 – It was reported Nov. 14 someone cut a large hole in the fence around the shipping storage yard of APL Ltd. Locks were cut off 16 shipping containers, and $5,000 worth of toys were stolen.

1500 block of Northside Drive, 30318 – Officers responding to a burglary call at EZ Mart around 3:30 a.m. Nov. 12 found a suspect sitting outside the store eating Twizzlers and drinking from a bottle of Coca-Cola. He was bleeding from both hands, and the store windows were broken. Officers noticed drops of blood leading from the windows to where he was sitting. When the store owner arrived, officers reviewed video footage showing the suspect pacing around the store and throwing a computer chair at the glass of the cashier’s booth, trying to break into it.

3500 block of Peachtree Road, 30305 – An employee of Versace reported Nov. 11 $22,000 worth of handbags were stolen from the store.

Commercial robbery

1200 block of West Paces Ferry Road, 30327 – A robber walked into Smoothie King Nov. 11, displayed a revolver, took money and fled.

Buckhead Loop, 30326 – An employee of Old Navy reported Nov. 14 a man robbed the store of the money in the cash register. It was the same man who had robbed the store a month earlier, he said. He was described as about 30 years old, about 6 feet tall and of dark complexion. He was wearing a long, thick black jacket, blue jeans and a white T-shirt.

1800 block of Howell Mill Road, 30318 – An employee of Sam’s Mart reported Nov. 9 a robber flashed a pistol and stole several $20 and $10 bills from the cash register.

1700 block of Howell Mill Road, 30318 – An employee of Waffle House reported Nov. 14 a man came into the restaurant and ordered a to-go meal. As she was ringing up the order, he produced a handgun and took $379 in cash from the register. He fled on foot south on Howell Mill Road.

2200 block of Marietta Boulevard, 30318 – A cashier at Buy Low Grocery Store reported Nov. 10 a cleanshaven man wearing a black skullcap, a brown hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans pointed a black handgun at her and demanded money. The robber ordered the victim to lie on the floor, then fled. Officers noted the man matched the description of a robber sought in a pedestrian robbery earlier that day.

2000 block of Bolton Road, 30318 – An employee at Ralph’s Service Center reported Nov. 11 a man had service done to his vehicle, then pulled a gun and demanded his money back before fleeing in his vehicle.

1200 block of Ellsworth Drive, 30318 – A victim reported Nov. 10 he was outside his place of business when a man grabbed him by the shirt and pulled out a black semiautomatic pistol. The robber forced him into the business, cursed at him and demanded money. The victim gave up his wallet, and the thief fled with $200. The victim was able to write down the tag number of the robber’s car.

Residential burglary

100 block of Blackland Road, 30342 – Appliances including a gas range, an oven and a wine cooler worth a total of $9,443 were taken from a home under construction Nov. 11. There were no signs of forced entry, and police were unable to recover fingerprints.

3600 block of Kingsboro Road, 30319 – A burglar gained entry to a residence through the window Nov. 13. A laptop computer, a camera and a credit card were stolen.

3000 block of West Pine Valley Road, 30305 – A burglar gained entry to a vacant residence Nov. 14 and stole household goods.

800 block of Antone Street, 30318 – The door to a residence was kicked in Nov. 12, and electronics were stolen.

Auto theft

3400 block of Roswell Road, 30305 – A victim reported Nov. 10 a black 2006 BMW was stolen from a parking lot.

3400 block of Kingsboro Road, 30326 – A man reported Nov. 15 someone stole his father’s gray 1983 Oldsmobile. Pieces of the steering column were found at the location.

2600 block of Lenox Road, 30324 – A victim reported Nov. 15 his 2006 Nissan Altima was stolen from a parking lot where it was left overnight.

3400 block of Roswell Road, 30305 – A victim reported Nov. 15 someone attempted to steal his green 1994 Honda Accord from a parking lot where it was left for about an hour. The ignition was damaged, but nothing was stolen from the car.

2400 block of Dellwood Drive, 30305 – A victim reported Nov. 11 someone stole her 1994 Honda from the street in front of her home. Her wallet, driver’s license and debit card were inside the vehicle.

3100 block of Marne Drive, 30305 – A victim reported Nov. 11 he left the keys inside his green 2005 Ford Super Duty truck. It was stolen along with an attached trailer that had lawn machinery on it.

80 block of Peachtree Memorial Drive, 30309 – A victim reported Nov. 12 someone attempted to steal her silver 2004 Dodge Stratus. The passenger door and ignition were damaged, and some compact discs were stolen.

100 block of Peachtree Memorial Drive, 30309 – A woman reported Nov. 12 her son’s blue-green 1994 Honda Accord was stolen from the street.

Larceny from auto

900 block of Gatewood Court, 30327 – A victim reported Nov. 13 he parked his 2004 Mercedes 320 in front of his house without locking it for about three hours. When he returned, he found the passenger door was not fully shut. Upon further inspection, he discovered a Motorola cellphone was missing from the center console.

900 block of Gatewood Court, 30327 – A victim reported Nov. 14 the window of his Jeep Wrangler was damaged, and a laptop computer was stolen.

4400 block of Mount Paran Parkway, 30327 – A backpack and a clarinet were stolen from a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban Nov. 15.

100 block of West Wieuca Road, 30342 – The catalytic converter was stolen from a white 2005 Chevrolet van Nov. 10.

3300 Peachtree Road, 30326 – A victim reported Nov. 11 his Toyota 4Runner was broken into through the window, and a computer was stolen.

800 block of Buckhead Trace, 30342 – A victim reported Nov. 13 someone broke into his black 2007 Chevrolet Silverado and stole items including a camera and a Kimber Eclipse handgun. Police were unable to find fingerprints because of weather conditions and the black leather surface of the interior.
