Environs Residential Design & Construction created this master bath in a second story edition to a 1925 bungalow in Midtown. Designer Dawn Landau was going for a “Zen” feel with a balance of masculine and feminine features. The vessel sink mirrors the curves of the soaking tub, while the large shower is focal point of the room. The flat-screen TV adds to spa feel. www.environsresidential.com.

HammerSmith created this master retreat in a Morningside home. This bathroom is all about clean lines and calming natural materials. The legs were removed from the soaking tub for installation on a raised platform. The large shower has  fossil limestone tile. Back-to-back vanities with a floating mirror, custom cherry cabinets on stainless steel legs and concrete countertops add to the contemporary design. www.hammersmith.net.

Sovereign in Buckhead is the new luxury residential tower offering buyers the chance to remake homes into any style they like – from traditional to ultra-modern. This bathroom, with its glittering, textured walls, is almost space-age. The vessel sink sits on a frosted glass countertop supported by stainless steel and connects to the mirror. Renewal Design Build’s master bath is a vision in blue with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows for natural light. The bath is divided into three ares, including a shower with built-in seating, commode chamber and oversized vanity quartz countertops and waterfall faucets. The Cobalt blue glass tile and Travertine floors give the desing a visual “wow factor.” www.renewaldesignbuild.com.

Construction Resources made a large garden tub and arched window the focus of this renovation. With a gorgeous, unobstructed view of the wooded area behind the home – meaning no shade or covering necessary – this classicalstyle bathroom features columns, large white tile and the tub itself is built into a raised platform. The mirrored tile detail on either side of the tub mimics the shape of the window. It’s a spa-style bathroom fit for a king or queen.
