The tapas bar, which will open mid-September, will feature dishes like Cabrito Carbonara, slow-roasted goat with chittara pasta tossed in a carbonara sauce with applewood smoked bacon, fresh cream, and a poached egg, pork cheek tacos, and slow-simmered octopus chargrilled with freshly prepared barbecue sauce, fennel and shallots, and served with crunchy potatoes, designed by Chef Chad Crete.
A major feature of the restaurant will be the bar, managed by bar chef and mixologist Thomas Fable Jhun, formerly of Sugo in Duluth.
The restaurant will have extensive hours: Dinner will be served on Monday through Thursday from 5 pm until 1 am, and Friday and Saturday from 5 pm until 2 am.
