Aggravated assault

2500 block of Morosgo Place – A man with multiple stab wounds stumbled into his apartment March 9 at 6:30 a.m. while the rest of the residents were asleep. He had been at a bar during the night, but he could not or would not say where he was assaulted or offer any other details.

2200 block of Bolton Drive – A woman said her boyfriend struck her several times March 13 around 3 p.m.

Auto theft

3600 block of Habersham Road – A green 2003 Toyota Corolla was stolen overnight March 10.

Peachtree Road at Stratford Road – A green 1997 Honda Civic was stolen outside Dante’s overnight March 12.

2400 block of Parkland Drive – A woman said a tow truck hauled away her silver 2003 Lexus 300 while she ate at the Lenox Grille around 4 p.m. March 4. (The address on the report is her home, not the site of the theft.)

3300 block of Piedmont Road – A vehicle was stolen from a lot between 2:30 and 10:30 p.m. March 8. A .40-caliber handgun was inside the vehicle.

2100 block of Peachtree Road – A black 1992 Mercedes-Benz 300 was stolen from a lot between Jan. 11 and March 9.

1800 block of Howell Mill Road – A red 1999 Ford Taurus was stolen from the Walmart parking lot March 11 between 10 and 11:30 p.m.

300 block of Deering Road – A blue 2003 Ford Explorer was stolen overnight March 7 at Townview Station.

Larceny from auto

800 block of West Paces Ferry Road – Two leaf blowers were stolen from the back of a white 2007 Isuzu landscaping truck belonging to Sweetleaf Landscaping midday March 12.

Unit block of Old Ivy Road – A handbag and papers were stolen from a white 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. March 11.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A GPS unit, a passport and a checkbook were stolen from a black 2006 Ford Expedition just after 7 p.m. March 11.

4300 block of Roswell Road – A window was smashed out of a green 1999 Honda Civic overnight March 9, and the in-dash stereo was stolen.

3800 block of Roswell Road – A window was smashed out a black 1997 Toyota Camry between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. March 10, but nothing was stolen.

4200 block of Roswell Road – A laptop computer was stolen from a black 2001 BMW that was parked in a lot for 30 minutes March 10.

4200 block of Roswell Road – Two laptop computers and school textbooks were stolen from a blue 2007 Cadillac Escalade at 8:30 p.m. March 10.

600 block of Morosgo Drive – A window was broken out of a black 2007 Honda the afternoon of March 10, and a GPS unit was stolen.

2500 block of Morosgo Place – A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle late March 6 or early March 7.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A camera was stolen from a vehicle in the Lenox Square parking lot the night of March 13.

2400 block of Piedmont Road – An Alpine radio was stolen from a vehicle late March 12 or early March 13.

3200 block of Peachtree Road – A window was broken out of a silver 2002 Toyota Sequoia the evening of March 11, and a laptop computer and a computer bag were stolen.

2900 block of Pharr Court South Court – An MP3 player, a cell phone and a book bag were stolen from a white 2004 Ford F-150 overnight March 6.

3500 block of Piedmont Road – A GPS unit and a Nikon camera were stolen from a black 2000 Ford F-150 at the Homewood Suites overnight March 12.

3100 block of Roswell Road – A window was broken out of a silver 2007 Jeep Liberty on March 12 or 13, and a purse was stolen.

3100 block of Roswell Road – Several items were stolen from a vehicle parked at the Red Door Tavern overnight March 12.

Unit block of West Paces Ferry Road – A mink coat was stolen from the back of a car that was valet-parked at Chops restaurant March 26.

2800 block of Hills Drive – A red 1997 Chevrolet and a red 2001 Ford were broken into overnight March 10. The items stolen included an MP3 player, a camera and a portable DVD player.

400 block of Lindbergh Drive – A window was broken out of a red 1994 Volvo 940 at the Lindbergh Condominiums between March 6 and 9, and a CD player was taken.

200 block of Pharr Road – A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle that had been valet-parked at the Atlanta Fish Market the night of March 5.

2700 block of Defoors Ferry Road – The car stereo was stolen from a gray 1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass at Defoors Ferry Manor overnight March 7.

1700 block of Northside Drive – A window was broken out of a black 2008 BMW 28i at Berkeley Heights overnight March 12, and a GPS unit was stolen.

600 block of Green Street – A handbag was stolen from a 2007 GMC Yukon outside a restaurant March 11.

2200 block of Marietta Boulevard – A window was broken out of a tan 2001 Jeep Cherokee the morning of March 10, and a GPS unit was stolen.

1500 block of Marietta Road – A cellphone charger, CDs and a GPS unit were stolen from a blue 2001 Ford on March 11.

2100 block of Peachtree Road – A backpack containing a laptop computer, a digital camera and an MP3 player was stolen from a black 2008 Dodge Charger outside Club Vita late March 6 or early March 7.

1800 block of Peachtree Road – A white 2003 Ford F-250 and a red 2005 Ford F-450 were broken into the morning of March 8, and a Seiko watch and Glock 9mm handgun were stolen.

Other larceny

1200 block of West Paces Ferry Road – A man fled Wolf Camera with a Nikon camera he had been looking at March 10 at 10 a.m.

3400 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter took several items from Ulta Cosmetics around 3:30 p.m. March 8.

3400 block of Piedmont Road – A man said someone accessed his bank account and made a withdrawal immediately after he used the ATM at RBC Bank at 10:25 a.m. March 2.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A woman’s Rolex watch went missing while she was staying at the J.W. Marriott in December. She reported the theft March 9.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A 16-year-old girl was caught trying to steal merchandise from Macy’s the afternoon of March 10.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A woman was caught trying to steal $348 in merchandise from Neiman Marcus around 2 p.m. March 12.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – Three female shoplifters were arrested at Bloomingdale’s at 3:30 p.m. March 12. While two of them went to jail, the third was released to a parent and is bound for Juvenile Court.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A man was spotted shoplifting a piece of Gucci luggage from Neiman Marcus at 11 a.m. March 13. Store employees recognized him as the culprit in a similar crime in the past.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A juvenile was caught trying to steal merchandise from Bloomingdale’s at 2 p.m. March 13.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A woman was caught with $65 in stolen merchandise at Bloomingdale’s around 5:30 p.m. March 13.

Peachtree and Lenox roads – Three juveniles were charged with theft by deception March 7 for soliciting money for a fraudulent organization.

600 block of Sidney Marcus Boulevard – A children’s slide valued at $1,000 was stolen from Carter Development overnight March 8.

400 block of East Paces Ferry Road – A Habersham Properties employee reported March 9 that the drop box for apartment rent checks was damaged in early January, and an unknown number of money orders were stolen.

300 block of East Paces Ferry Road – A woman discovered March 10 that items including a DVD player and bar stools were stolen from her storage unit sometime in the previous two months.

3100 block of Peachtree Road – A woman left her purse at IHOP around 4 a.m. March 6, and when she returned for it 30 minutes later, it was gone.

3100 block of Peachtree Road – The wallets were stolen from the purses of two employees of Brazilian Waxing by Andreia during their shifts March 6. They later discovered unauthorized credit card charges.

3200 block of Peachtree Road – A man said $800 was stolen from his jacket March 2 after he left the jacket in another man’s vehicle.

3200 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter was arrested at Marshall’s just after 7 p.m. March 9.

3300 block of Piedmont Road – A man left his laptop computer in a chair at Starbucks midday March 6, and when he returned for it, the computer was gone.

3500 block of Piedmont Road – A woman discovered March 10 that the license plate had been stolen off her tan 1997 Toyota Corolla.

500 block of Main Street – A woman said her wallet was stolen from her purse while she was at the Tongue & Groove nightclub between 10:30 p.m. March 6 and 1:30 a.m. March 7.

Unit block of Pharr Road – A man reported March 10 that two other men scammed him out of $6,000 in cash.

2500 block of Chattahoochee Circle – A contractor for the city Department of Watershed Management said a 10-foot aluminum plank and a 10-foot aluminum beam were stolen from a work site between March 6 and 11.

1700 block of Defoor Place – A trailer was stolen from a lot between March 7 and 10.

1800 block of Howell Mill Road – A shoplifter was arrested at Walmart around 7:30 p.m. March 9.

1800 block of Howell Mill Road – Three women were arrested at Walmart for shoplifting just after 8 p.m. March 10.

1100 block of Huff Road – A woman said she asked a friend to store her computer in December, but when she went to get it back in February, the computer was gone.

Robbery

3400 block of Peachtree Street – A man said a gunman, assisted by a woman, robbed him of his cellphone March 9 at 4 p.m.

2000 block of Peachtree Road – A woman said a man jumped her from behind and struck her in the face just before 5 p.m. March 9 in an effort to steal her purse and necklace, but cars driving through the parking lot scared off the robber.

1800 block of Peachtree Road – A Cafe Intermezzo employee was confronted by two armed men wearing bandannas when she went to lock the back door March 12 at 3:30 a.m. The bandits stole $1,850 from the restaurant safe and $30 and a cellphone from the woman.

Burglary

3400 block of Kingsboro Road – Credit cards, a GPS unit, a video game console, two computers and other items were stolen from a Phipps Place apartment’s storage area between Jan. 31 and March 1. There was no sign of forced entry.

3400 block of Piedmont Road – A flat-screen television, a video game system and two laptop computers were stolen from a Cambridge at Buckhead apartment between March 7 and 9. It is believed that access was gained through an unlocked window.

2400 block of Camellia Lane – The front door of an apartment was kicked in late March 9 while the residents were out, but nothing was reported stolen.

2500 block of Northside Drive – An apartment window was pried open between March 3 and 10, and a conventional oven and a microwave were taken.

2600 block of Northside Drive – A window was broken to gain entry to a house March 10, and a guitar, a 50-inch television, an Apple iPod and a tool set were stolen.

1700 block of Howell Mill Road – An alarm sounded at Firestone at 4 a.m. March 11, and police discovered a side door smashed in and a flat-screen television dangling from a wall. The television was damaged, but nothing was taken.

1700 block of Moores Mill Road – An alarm sounded at a home just past noon March 8, and police found the front door kicked in. But nothing was reported stolen.

2100 block of Bolton Road – Three air-conditioning units and a stove were stolen from an unoccupied house between March 7 and 11.

100 block of 26th Street – Two men and a woman were arrested at an apartment complex just before 1 p.m. March 9 after police received a report of prowlers. The group had a crowbar, and police determined that the men broke into an apartment while the woman served as the lookout and driver.

400 block of Northside Circle – The front door to an apartment was kicked in between 6:30 p.m. and midnight March 6, and a laptop computer and a video game system were stolen.

Unit block of Peachtree Valley Road – The front door to an apartment was kicked in March 10, and a computer monitor, a guitar, jewelry, a digital camera, an MP3 player, and a 50-inch, flat-screen television were stolen.
