The 205,000-square-foot mixed-use project on Glenridge Drive south of I-285, will include 175,000 square feet of residential space and 20,000 square feet of retail space. It will complement an existing office building adjacent to the site, Wood Partners said in a press release.
Alta Glenridge Springs is expected to be ready for its first residents by summer 2011.
The Alta Glenridge Springs’ site is in the heart of the hospital district of Sandy Springs, where St. Joseph’s Hospital, Northside Hospital and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta are located along with medical office buildings.
Upon completion, Alta Glenridge Springs will offer a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, the company said
