Fulton County election officials have relocated a poll location in Sandy Springs for the Aug. 10 primary runoff.

Voters who cast their ballots at Gallery 63, 4577 Roswell Road, during the July 20 primary election will be able to vote in the runoff at The Church of the Atonement, 4945 High Point Road, said Fulton County Elections Chief Dwight Brower.

“The change has been made,” Brower said, and registered voters were notified with letters.

He said the elections board called an emergency meeting to approve the new poll location so it would be effective for the Aug. 10 runoff.

The poll location was changed because of concerns during the July 20 primary election. Voters complained that Gallery 63 was not accessible for disabled people because several large animal statues had been place in the parking space marked for handicapped parking.
