The following information was provided to the Reporter by the Zone 2 precinct of the Atlanta Police Department from its records and is presumed to be accurate.
400 block Peachtree Hills Ave. – A woman having drinks at a friend’s house in the early morning of Aug. 15 reported she suddenly felt very intoxicated and later woke up to find her friend’s boyfriend attempting to have sex with her. The woman told him to stop.
2800 block Overlook Terrace – A woman was out drinking with friends on Aug. 15 and said she woke up later to find the boyfriend of one of her friends having sex with her. The suspect fled after he was confronted.
1100 block Collier Road – An altercation Aug. 17 resulted in a man striking people with his fist, then throwing a brick at someone.
2500 block Lenox Road – In the early hours of Aug. 20, a man was walking home and was accosted by several men in two separate cars. One of the men struck the victim with an unknown object and took a pouch containing $310.
2300 block Peachtree Road – A woman was walking toward a bank midmorning Aug. 16 when a man approached her, produced a gun and demanded the money bag the victim was carrying. $400 in cash and $420 in checks was stolen.
300 block Pharr Road – A woman was sitting in a parking lot Aug. 21 when she was approached by two men with handguns who demanded her purse, striking her in the head with the gun before grabbing the purse and running away.
1700 block Howell Mill Road – The front door to a business was broken out Aug. 15 in the early morning hours and a total of $200 stolen from the cash register.
2400 block Brantley St. – A women returned home Aug. 19 to find the lock on the crawlspace broken and her bicycle stolen.
1400 block Carroll Drive – On Aug. 18 someone entered a residence through the garage door and removed several items, including a pistol.
1700 block Northside Drive – A man arrived home to find a rear window of his residence broken and TV and clothes stolen on the evening of Aug. 17.
400 block Armour Drive – An apartment was broken into Aug. 18 and several electronic items removed.
400 block Deering Road – The door of a residence was kicked in Aug. 16 and several men were seen running to a car parked in the driveway, then driving off. It was not known what items may have been stolen.
1100 block Collier Road – The back door of a residence was kicked in and several items stolen Aug. 20.
1900 block Hollywood Road – When a man returned home Aug. 20, he found that someone had gone through his house and stolen $4,000.
60 block 25th Street – The front-door deadbolt of a residence was damaged and a laptop computer stolen from the premises on Aug. 20.
100 block 26th Street – A man entered a woman’s apartment through an unlocked patio door on Aug. 15. The victim stated she was awakened when the suspect entered her bedroom and her dogs began to bark. The suspect exited through the patio door.
2600 block Old Wesley Place – An officer responding to an alarm call Aug. 19 found a front patio door broken out of the residence and several electronic items stolen.
500 block Overbrook Drive – A man returned home Aug.17 to find his front door forced open and a TV and cuff links missing.
3000 block Peachtree Road – The plywood being used to board up a commercial business was found removed Aug. 13, with some fitness equipment gone.
2400 Parkland Drive – A man returned home Aug. 18 to find his front door kicked in and two laptops and an IPod missing.
90 block Chaumont Square – A man returned home Aug. 17 to find his rear door open and several items stolen, including electronics. There were no signs of forced entry.
2400 Parkland Drive – A woman received a call from apartment management Aug. 18 that her residence had been broken into. Several electronic items were stolen.
2400 Parkland Drive – Someone kicked in the front door of an apartment and stole several items Aug. 18, including a laptop and plasma TV.
100 block Lakeview Ave. – A door was kicked in at a residence sometime between Aug. 8 and Aug. 20 and several items taken, including firearms.
2300 block Parkland Drive – A man returned home Aug. 20 to find several items missing from his apartment. There were no signed of forced entry.
700 block Miami Circle – The front window of a business was broken out, the office door broken open and a laptop stolen on Aug. 17.
700 block Miami Circle – The front door of a business was forced open Aug. 16 or 17, presumably to gain access to an adjacent business, which was burglarized Aug. 17.
1200 block Paces Ferry Road – In the early hours of Aug. 17, a TV was taken from a business. There were no signed of forced entry.
4300 block Paran Place – A woman arrived home Aug. 17 in the evening to find four men at the residence. They fled and drove away in a truck. Stolen was a laptop, the victim’s purse and some jewelry.
3800 block Roswell Road – Sometime between Aug. 14 and 16, several items were found moved around an office, though nothing had been taken.
2600 block Rivers Road – A window was broken out sometime on Aug. 14 or 15 and several items stolen, including televisions.
2500 block Rivers Road – The back door was kicked in at a residence Aug. 21, and it appeared to the responding officer as though the interior had been disturbed and items taken. The officer was unable to get in contact with the resident to confirm if items had been stolen.
3800 block Roswell Road – Money was taken from a business sometime between Aug. 15 and 17. It is believed the suspects made entry though the ceiling because of marks on the wall that lead to the ceiling.

3300 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 21 a car window was broken and several items taken from the vehicle including a laptop.
600 block Wesley Drive – Sometime between Aug. 13 and 16, items were stolen from a vehicle. No information was available on how the vehicle was accessed.
300 block Woodward Way – On Aug. 17 someone broke open the door of a car and removed a laptop.
1400 block West Paces Ferry Road – On Aug. 20 a car window was broken out and items stolen.
3300 block Peachtree Road – Overnight on Aug. 14 or 15, the door lock was broken on a car and items stolen from inside, including an iPod and a cordless drill.
1800 block Peachtree St. – On Aug. 20 a woman returned to her car in a restaurant parking lot to find a window broken and several items stolen, including a purse and $400 in cash.
3500 block Cantrell Road – On Aug. 16 someone took a wallet from an unlocked Honda Accord.
3600 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 18, a car door lock was jimmied and several items were stolen, including a laptop.
3100 block Piedmont Road – When the victim returned to her car after about two hours on Aug. 17, she found the lock broken and several items stolen, including a purse.
3000 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 20 a woman returned to her vehicle and found one of the windows broken.
Peachtree Road at Shadowlawn – Between midnight and 2:30 a.m. Aug. 15, someone broke into a vehicle by damaging the driver’s side lock.
800 block Collier Road – On Aug. 18 a man returned to his vehicle to find the door open and his laptop and cellphone missing. The victim stated he did not think he had locked the door, since there was no damage to his vehicle.
3100 block Peachtree Road – After driving back home to Savannah, a man realized his car had been broken into while he was in Atlanta on Aug. 17 or 18, when he discovered that the car door had been pried open and a bulletproof vest was missing.
3100 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 19 a woman returned to find the window broken out of her husband’s BMW and several items stolen.
3300 block Piedmont Road – On Aug. 19, the window was broken out of a car but nothing was reported stolen.
400 block Peachtree Hills Ave. – On Aug. 18 a stereo system was stolen from a vehicle; entry was gained through a broken window.
3500 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 19 a black bag was taken from a vehicle; entry was gained through a broken window.
3300 block Piedmont Road – On Aug. 20 a backpack was stolen from a car; entry was gained through a broken window.
600 block Garson Drive – On Aug. 18 a GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle after a window had been broken.
Kings Circle – On Aug. 20 a woman returned to her car to find a window broken and her purse stolen, including credit cards.
3200 block Cains Hill Place – On Aug. 17 a window was broken on a car and a wallet stolen from the vehicle.
100 block East Andrews Drive – On Aug. 15 the window was broken on a car and an in-dash stereo taken.
200 block Deering Road – On Aug. 16 or 17 the lock was jimmied on a vehicle and currency and a cooking apron were stolen.
4000 block Roswell Road – On Aug. 19 or 20 three passenger trucks were broken into at an apartment complex parking lot; a GPS unit was the only thing confirmed stolen from one of the vehicles.
1000 block Collier Road – On Aug. 21 a bike rack was stolen from the top of a Mazda 323.
1700 block Commerce Drive – Between Aug. 14 and 17, a pistol was stolen from an unlocked car.
Lindbergh at Adina Drive – On Aug. 15 a vehicle was broken into and a GPS unit stolen. There were no signs of forced entry.
3400 block Alexander Road – On Aug. 17 a man returned to his vehicle to find all four rims missing and the car up on concrete blocks.
1100 block Collier Road – On Aug. 19 or 20 an Acura Integra was taken from a parking lot.
1100 Block Collier Road – On Aug. 19 or 20 a Dodge Caravan was stolen overnight. There was no sign of broken glass.
1700 block Defoors Ave. – On Aug. 17 a car that had been reported stolen several hours earlier was recovered; the vehicle had a damaged steering column.
200 block Armour Drive – On Aug. 16 the owner of a Dodge Caravan returned after about four hours to find his car gone.
2700 block Defoors Ferry Road – On Aug. 20 or 21, a Dodge Caravan was stolen from a parking lot/garage.
1800 block Howell Mill Road – On Aug. 15 a customer returned to find his vehicle no longer parked in the lot.
2400 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 17 security officers noticed a suspicious vehicle parked near a parking deck entrance, and three men, who attempted to flee. Two of the men were apprehended; the vehicle the men were using appeared to be stolen, but a check revealed it had not been reported yet.
2200 block Peachtree Road – Overnight on Aug. 16 or 17, a car window was broken and the car’s ignition damaged.
400 block Collier Road – On Aug. 21 a man went jogging and came back to find his Cherokee missing from the parking lot.
1800 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 18 a man reported that his 1997 Yukon with 26-inch wheels was stolen. He stated that 22-inch wheels were also inside the vehicle.
300 block Woodward Way – On Aug. 18 a man reported that he left his vehicle in a garage with an extra key inside. When he returned, the car was gone.
2300 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 18 officers responding to a suspicious vehicle call found two men attempting to change the tire on the vehicle. Officers checked, and determined the vehicle had been stolen in South Carolina.
3700 block Peachtree Park Drive – Sometime between Aug. 14 and 16, a man woke up at his girlfriend’s house to find his vehicle stolen. There was no sign of broken glass, and he had the keys to the car.
3300 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 14 or 15, someone damaged the door handles and ignition on a Chevy Suburban.
1400 block Garmon Ferry Road – A woman stated that during a get-together at her residence on Aug. 19, her phone was taken.
100 block West Wieuca – The victim stated someone stole one of his golf clubs on Aug. 19.
3400 block Alexander Road – A woman says that she believes her mother stole a watch from her home July 29 or 30 and has attempted to pawn the watch.
3400 block Alexander Road – A man reported Aug. 19 that when he returned to his vehicle, the wheels had been stolen, and the car was on blocks.
Buckhead Loop – A woman was about to pay for items at a store July 30 when she discovered her wallet missing. She later found that her credit cards were used at another location.
3500 block Peachtree Road – An employee of a department store’s security team was seen on video camera taking several pairs of jeans from the store on July 22.
3300 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 19, a man reported piping stolen from a parking garage.
3500 Peachtree Road – A shoplifter was arrested at Nordstrom on Aug. 21. The recovered item was worth $95.
Around Lenox Drive – On Aug. 17, a person entered a store and took a sculpture that sat near the front of the store.
900 block East Paces Ferry – A woman reported her wallet was stolen from her purse, which was under her desk, Aug. 16.
600 block Holmes St. – A woman reported Aug. 20 that she believes a young boy who had been doing yardwork for her entered her home after asking to use the bathroom and stole her checkbook, as no one else had been in the victim’s home.
2800 block Lenox Road – On Aug. 13 or 14, a flat-screen TV was stolen from an employee break room that is never locked.
2800 block Overlook Way – A landlord reported Aug. 18 that someone entered one of his residences and damaged some items, as well as a Volkswagen. He suspected a former tenant.
3400 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 16 someone entered a law office and took a laptop that was on a desk.
3500 block Peachtree Road – A shoplifter was arrested at Filene’s Basement on Aug. 17.
3300 block Peachtree Road – A person reported Aug. 19 that a store employee has been taking refunds and putting them on his credit card.
3300 block Peachtree Road – A woman came into a store Aug. 21, took the tags off two pairs of jeans and attempted to exit the store without paying for the merchandise.
3300 block Peachtree Road – Two people removed the security tag from a pair of jeans at Bloomingdale’s on Aug. 21, put the jeans in a baby stroller and attempted to leave the store without paying.
2500 block Piedmont Road – A shoplifter was arrested at Target on Aug. 16.
2600 block Piedmont Road – A suspect fled after attempting to take items from Marshall’s on Aug. 18.
2500 block Piedmont Road – A shoplifter was arrested at Home Depot on Aug. 19.
3200 block Peachtree Road – The boot was taken off an illegally parked vehicle on Aug. 14 by the car’s owner.
3100 block Peachtree Road – At a restaurant, a man on Aug. 18 asked to use another man’s cellphone, then ran off with the phone.
3100 block Piedmont Road – On Aug. 18, a man allowed another man to check a nightclub’s lost-and-found. When the man returned to his office, he discovered his wallet had been taken. His credit card was later used at several locations.
2400 block Camella Lane – A woman reported Aug. 16 that when she arrived home, she found her laptop missing. She thinks her roommate may have taken the computer. There were no signs of forced entry.
700 block Antone St. – A woman reported Aug. 20 that she allowed a friend to stay at her place for a few days, then asked him to leave. She subsequently discovered several bottles of wine missing from her home.
Cantley Place – A child’s bike was stolen Aug. 17 but was returned the same day.
1800 block Howell Mill Road – A shoplifter was arrested at TJ Maxx on Aug. 16.
1800 block Howell Mill Road – Several shoplifters were arrested at WalMart on Aug. 16 and Aug. 19.
Iron Bound Place – A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle Aug. 21.
2800 block Fabin St. – On Aug. 16, a lawnmower was stolen from the crawlspace of a residence.
300 block Deering Road – A man reported Aug. 20 that he gave a necklace to a friend and the necklace was subsequently stolen by the friend’s father.
1300 block Northside Drive – A tax driver reported Aug. 17 that a customer tried to pay using a credit card; the transaction was declined, and the man had no other means of payment. He was arrested.
1900 block Peachtree Road – On Aug. 19, a customer placed her wallet on the photo counter at CVS Pharmacy. She stepped away for a moment and when she returned, the wallet was gone.
1700 block Peachtree St. – A person was arrested for shoplifting at Kroger on Aug. 17.
