DeKalb County will hold its first-ever Employee Empowerment Day Sept. 30, a collaborative effort by the office of the CEO and DeKalb Workforce Development to acknowledge and show appreciation to the county’s over 7,000 employees.
The event will be held at the Maloof Auditorium beginning at 10 a.m.
In order to make this a day a success, DeKalb government is inviting businesses in to participate by setting up a free booth at the event to market products and services or by donating free or discount coupons/tickets.
To reserve a booth or to donate coupons or tickets, obtain and complete a registration form by Sept. 30, 2010 and return it to Bob Holtz at rcholtz@dekalbcountyga.gov. Completed forms also can be faxed 404-687-4099.
