The Flagstar Bank branch on Mount Vernon was robbed the morning of Dec. 30 by a masked man who was dressed in black, Dunwoody police reported. The holdup was the second Dunwoody bank robbery in 10 days.

Dunwoody police are looking for this man in connection with the robbery of a Flagstar Bank branch.

The robbery at the branch bank in the 2300 block of Mount Vernon was reported about 9:30 a.m., police said. The robber, dressed in a black knit cap, glasses, a mask and a black hooded jacket, demanded cash and showed bank employees a handgun, police said. He fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

On Dec. 21, a Best Bank branch in the 4400 block of Chamblee-Dunwoody Road was robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash by a man who brandished a handgun and, after the robbery, ran toward Cotillion Drive.
