To the editor:

I say there is a simple solution for those businesses along Mount Vernon, Roswell and Johnson Ferry roads that Sandy Springs wants to oust from their current locations. I think this idea would be beneficial to the businesses, customers and the government.

Has Sandy Springs thought about government buildings that have businesses located on the perimeter of the first floor?

Most big cities consolidate living quarters with businesses to add convenience and proximity to the mix.

I’m guessing Sandy Springs would have to pay the businesses something for the inconvenience, but in the end, more customers would be drawn to these businesses.
