The Buckhead Community Improvement District has cancelled a May 17 public input meeting on proposals to improve the Peachtree/Roswell/Paces Ferry intersection. The meeting will be rescheduled for later in the year, according to a press release.

The CID recently hired a consultant for the project and wants additional time to analyze the intersection and construct models before engaging the public.

“BCID recently hired Parsons Brinckerhoff, one of the world’s leading planning, engineering, and program and construction management organizations, which will run additional modeling on the proposed transportation concepts,” a press release says. “This will ultimately provide a clearer picture of traffic implications.”
