Drivers looking for guideposts to Buckhead landmarks will soon have better signage to guide them on their way, courtesy of the Buckhead Coalition.

The coalition announced in a press release it plans to provide a $55,000 grant to the Buckhead Community Improvement District for wayfinding signs as part of a larger program to standardize signs throughout the city.

Buckhead plans an initial nine directional signs pointing people toward the Atlanta History Center, the Governor’s Mansion, the Amtrak station, Piedmont Hospital, the Buckhead and Lenox MARTA Stations, Midtown and Downtown.
