The Dunwoody High School Council announced that a new principal has been appointed at the high school.

Noel Maloof , who is the principal of Vanderlyn Elementary School in Dunwoody, will take over the top administrative position at Dunwoody High School.  Maloof was  an assistant principal at Dunwoody High School before he worked at Vanderlyn.

“We look forward to working with Mr. Maloof through the summer transition and welcome him back to Dunwoody High School,” the school council said in a news release.

Maloof will replace current DHS Principal Rodney Swanson. In May, Swanson was reassigned by the DeKalb County School System to serve as the principal of Arabia Mountain High School.
