Andrea Sneiderman pleaded not guilty at an Oct. 8 arraignment hearing in DeKalb County Superior Court, according to CBS Atlanta.

Sneiderman was charged on several counts in connection with the murder of her husband, Rusty Sneiderman, who was shot in front of a Dunwoody day care center in 2010.

Sneiderman was arrested in August and accused of conspiring with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, to kill her husband. Neuman was found guilty but mentally ill and was sentenced in March to life in prison. Andrea Sneiderman has denied she was involved in her husband’s death.
