Atlanta Police said that four men they recently arrested were involved in a series of robberies and kidnappings that terrorized Buckhead for weeks.

On April 12, Atlanta police announced the arrests of Clevere Jones, Jonorris Gardner, Taylor Cline and Steven Brown. The men are suspected of being involved in some or all of kidnappings and robberies that occurred in March.

According to Reporter Newspapers broadcast Partner CBS Atlanta, three Buckhead residents were kidnapped and forced to drive to an ATM to withdraw money before their captors freed them.

“Brown … was recognized by video released to the media and warrants were sworn out for his arrest,” Atlanta Police Spokesman Gregory Lyon said via email. “Our Fugitive Unit tracked him down and arrested him in Forest Park.

“The second report is not ready for release. However, those three gentlemen were captured after taking Georgia State Patrol on a high speed chase through Buckhead. They were apprehended immediately after robbing a couple walking down Piedmont [Road] in front of Fogo De Chao.”
