The 25th annual Decatur Garden Tour will be the weekend of April 27-28 featuring 11 private gardens and four public gardens. The theme this year is “Gardens of Eating,” and edible, sustainable garden designs will be featured.The Decatur Garden Tour is a fundraiser for the Wylde Center’s gardens and programs and will coincide with the opening of the Plant Sale Festival at Oakhurst Garden.

All the gardens will be open Saturday, 10 am. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. In addition, the garden Rose Hill at 620 Pinetree Drive will be open for music and light refreshments Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $20 are good for both days and Saturday evening. Advance tickets are available online at decaturgardentour.com or can be picked up at the Wylde Center’s Oakhurst Garden, 435 Oakview during tour hours. Advance tickets are also on sale at Ace Intown Hardware and Seventeen Steps.
