The 2nd annual Atlanta Fringe Festival is set for June 5-9 with 24 productions from 10 states involved in this year’s event. The productions were selected in the most democratic, unjuried way imaginable: by randomly drawing them from a hat.

The theater events will be staged around Intown at 7 Stages, The Village Theatre, Theatrical Outfit and The Horizon School Theatre. Some of the Georgia companies taking part include 7 Stages, OnStage Atlanta. Thimblerig Circus and Twinhead Theatre. Companies from Louisiana, Illinois, Indiana, Washington and Connecticut will also bringing their shows to Atlanta.

The hallmark of the festival is original, nontraditional work that celebrates diverse and multi-cultural artistic expression. To see the full line-up of events, visit atlantafringe.org or at the Facebook page, facebook.com/atlantafringe.
