Decatur robbery suspects1

The Decatur Police Department has released photos of the teens involved in a series of robberies earlier this month. On July 6, a woman working in an office in 100 block of new street reported that two African American males in their mid-to-late teens came in and asked to use the bathroom. The victim was pushed to the ground while the teens made off with her purse and laptop.  The victim observed the suspects enter a silver 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 displaying Georgia tag PFH1139 and flee toward East College Avenue. The Mercedes Benz was previously reported stolen to the DeKalb County Police Department on July 4 and was used in another robbery on July 5 when the suspects used the same bathroom ploy at another office then took a victim’s iPhone. The Mercedes was found abandoned in southwest Atlanta by the Atlanta Police Department on July 9.
