From Atlanta INtown:

Motorists who use Georgia 400 will be shifted into the three “cruise lanes” when toll collection ends on Nov. 21. The Georgia Department of Transportation has posted a rendering of how the traffic will shift (click photo above for larger image). GDOT officials announced Tuesday that Southeastern Site Development had been chosen to dismantle the toll plazas, a process that will take about a year.

The Nov. 21 date to end tolls was selected to lessen the impact on Thanksgiving holiday travel. In the case of inclement weather, the ending date will be moved to Nov. 22 or 23. Demolition work on the north and southbound toll plazas will take place after the winter holidays.
