DECATUR, GA (CBS ATLANTA, Reporter Newspapers broadcast partner) – Judge Gregory A. Adams sentenced Andrea Sneiderman to 5 years in prison.

Sneiderman will serve a concurrent sentence after she was found guilty on 9 of 13 charges including hindering the apprehension of a criminal, concealment of material facts, perjury and false statement.

CBS Atlanta 46 A jury found her guilty Monday on several counts of lying to police – and in court – after the murder of her husband. The court heard from supporters of Andrea Sneiderman as well as Rusty Sneiderman’s brother, who called her a liar and wanted the harshest punishment for her.
