The Dectur Police Department has arrested three teenagers and charged them with the armed robberies of students leaving the Decatur High School football game on Aug. 30. The three teens are identified as:
D’Angelo Mikal Giles, 16, of Atlanta
Jaree Jalon Jackson Jr., 17, of Atlanta
Javarous Devonte Hammond, 17, of DeKalb County
