Midtown’s Colony Square is getting a multimillion-dollar facelift, according to a report in the Atlanta Business Chronicle. This will be the first renovation project at the 40-year-old mixed use development in more than a decade.

Colony Square owner Tishman Speyer and capital partner Rialto Capital Management LLC indicated that the upgrades will include a host of new accessibility points, more outdoor seating and perhaps a new restaurant for the long-vacant Houlihan’s space.
