Real estate development firm Jamestown announced today that 71 percent of Ponce City Market’s office space has been leased. Among the newly contracted tenants are email marketing service MailChimp and architectural firm Surber, Barber, Choate & Hertlein (SBCH). Jamestown has also announced they will be consolidating and relocating their Atlanta headquarters to the property.

MailChimp, Jamestown and Surber, Barber, Choate & Hertlein join previously signed office tenants athenaheath and Cardlytics. Of the redevelopment’s 475,000 square feet of office space, MailChimp will occupy 115,603 square feet on the entire fifth and a portion of the fourth floors, while SBCH has secured 4,472 square feet of the fourth floor. Jamestown will occupy 63,268 square feet of the sixth floor.
