The family of Rusty Sneiderman has settled its wrongful death lawsuit against his widow Andrea Sneiderman, 11 Alive reports.

Andrea was convicted in August of lying under oath during the trial of Hemy Neuman, the man convicted of shooting Rusty to death outside a Dunwoody daycare center in 2010. Prosecutors had initially sought to convict Andrea Sneiderman with involvement in the murder but later dropped those charges. Andrea was sentenced to five years in prison on the perjury-related charges.

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
