Re/Max Regional Services (franchiseremax.com) will roll out its own branded mobile app for exclusive use by its more than 4,000 brokers and agents. Homebuyers and sellers will be able to use the app’s augmented reality to compare images from multiple listings side-by-side, photos, price, address and listing the square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The app is available for iPhone and Android.
With condo and loft sales rebounding, The Residences at W Atlanta – Downtown (watlantaresidences.com) have announced the building is now 70 percent sold with just 20 homes remaining. Remaining homes include two-bedrooms starting at $479,900 and three-bedrooms starting at $898,000.
Harry Norman, Realtors (harrynorman.com) won two real estate awards at the 18th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference recently held in Atlanta at The Ritz-Carlton Buckhead. The company was honored with the ‘Best Overall Marketing Package’ award, which is given to the Luxury Real Estate member displaying the most comprehensive package to market their company, while Bonneau Ansley was honored with the ‘Outstanding Rookie’ award. He’s sold more than $85 million in residential real estate in the last 12 months.
