Developer John Wieland is hoping to revive the One Museum Place luxury condo development across the street from the High Museum in Midtown. According to a report in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, new plans were presented to the Midtown Development Review Committee earlier this week.

Originally envisioned seven years ago as a 23-story tower with 96 units, the new plan for One Museum Place is five stories with 48 units ranging in price from $700 to $2.5 million.

One reply on “One Museum Place condos back on the drawing board”

  1. The luxury condominium market is one area that tends to stay to course regardless of economic down turns. That being said, however, an oversupply on the market can adversely affect market values – even if they are new units. I believe this new proposal is more practical in the long run.
