DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA, Reporter Newspapers broadcast partner) – A judge said Monday Andrea Sneiderman will not be released on bond while she appeals her perjury conviction.
Sneiderman went before a DeKalb County judge Thursday asking him to let her out of prison.
A jury convicted Andrea Sneiderman in August of lying about her relationship with her husband’s killer. Hemy Neuman, Sneiderman’s former boss, is serving a life sentence for the murder of Rusty Sneiderman.
