The Atlanta Police Department has arrested three suspects involved in armed robberies at a Castleberry Hill sporting goods store and an ATM theft at West End Mall.

Officer John Chafee said that a juvenile and an adult suspect, Letravius Lawrence, 18, were arrested on Jan. 4 for the armed robbery of Fly Kix in Castleberry Hill. They were two of the eight males who robbed the store on Dec. 30. Police continue to search for the other six.

During the arrest of Lawrence, officers also apprehended Brenton Gray, 23,  who had multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest. Gray was wanted in connection with an ATM theft last October. A vehicle was driven through the entrance of the West End Mall and an ATM was taken from inside. The suspects are charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault with intent to rob, participation in criminal street gang activity and theft by receiving stolen auto.
