Sandy Springs police are looking for Kelly Thrasher, a suspended doctor accused of child molestation.

Sandy Springs detectives obtained warrants accusing Thrasher of identity fraud and second-degree forgery. Police say Thrasher obtained a U.S. Passport under another name. Detectives believe that Thrasher is a flight risk and are seeking to return him into custody, police said in a press release.

Police said Thrasher was indicted in Fulton County for Child Molestation following a police investigation in 2012. In January, Thrasher was charged by the state medical boards with practicing medicine without a license after the board received complaints that Thrasher was seeing patients in his office in violation of the medical board’s suspension of his license pending the disposition of the earlier cases, police said.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Kelly Thrasher is asked to contact Sandy Springs Police 770-551-6900.
