In very early vote tallies in Fulton County in the May 20 primary elections, former Atlanta City Councilman Lee Morris held an early lead in the four-way Republican Primary race to represent District 3 on the Fulton County Commission. Commission Chairman and fellow Commissioner Robb Pitts were in a dead heat in the Democratic Primary for nomination to the countywide District 7 seat on the commission.
