Dunwoody police officers are on the lookout for a “suspicious” vehicle described as a tan minivan, possibly a mid-90s Ford Windstar.

According to police, a juvenile female said that she was walking home in the area of Chamblee Dunwoody and Wynterhall roads on June 12 around 4:20 p.m. when a van began to drive slowly alongside her. She said the driver made an inappropriate comment. The child said she ran toward a neighbor’s house away from the van, which left the area.

The suspect is described as a black man in his 30s with a short afro and wearing a green shirt. The victim said he did not leave the vehicle nor make physical contact with her.
