Andrea Sneiderman was released from Arrendale State Prison Monday morning, according to a report from our affiliate CBS46. Sneiderman will be under parole supervision through the end of her sentence on August 21, 2017.

In August 2013, Sneiderman was sentenced to serve a concurrent sentence of five years, minus the year she had already served, after she was found guilty on nine of 13 charges including hindering the apprehension of a criminal, concealment of material facts, perjury and false statement.

The jury found Sneiderman lied to cover up an affair she was having with her boss, Hemy Neuman, the man who is serving a life sentence for the 2010 murder of her husband, Rusty Sneiderman.
