The city of Brookhaven faces a new legal challenge to its sexually-oriented business law.
he Brookhaven Post reports the city is being sued by Stardust, a business that sells novelty items, party supplies and tobacco-related products.
Last year, city officers regularly cited the business for violating the ordinance governing sexually-oriented business. The city’s ordinance also is being challenged by The Pink Pony, a nightclub.
