The annual Dunwoody Tour of Homes features a “smart home,” that is fully computerized, a condo at Sterling of Dunwoody, an estate home, and two classic area houses recently remodeled, such as the one above.

The Dunwoody Woman’s Club’s annual Tour of Homes returns this year on Oct. 1.

Homes include a gentleman’s “smart home” that is fully computerized with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology; a condominium at Sterling of Dunwoody; an estate home that has been updated; and two classic Dunwoody houses recently renovated to accommodate active families.

The tour is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 1. According to the woman’s club website, guests can begin the tour at any of the homes. Guests are requested to wear flat shoes. Children, including infants, will not be admitted to tour homes.

Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 on the day of the tour. They are available from members of the Dunwoody Woman’s Club, the nonprofit benefitting from the proceeds.

Tickets are also available at dunwoodywomansclub.org/hometour.htm, and at some local shops.
