Curbed Atlanta reports that North American Properties wants to build 250 apartments with some ground-floor retail at the corner of Ralph McGill Boulevard and Ashley Avenue near Historic Fourth Ward Park.

Stream Realty Partners is developing a loft office project in West Midtown, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The $12 million project on Ellsworth Industrial Drive would re-purpose an existing building that houses two furniture stores. The redevelopment would feature 75,000 square feet of new loft office space geared to West Midtown creative firms.
