An Acworth man and a Florida man were arrested in a Dunwoody apartment complex, and charged with sale of heroin Jan. 29.

While patrolling the Parkwood Village Apartment Complex, officers saw a suspicious vehicle leaving the area that appeared to be deliberately avoiding police contact, Ofc. D. Laskowski wrote in the incident report.

Zachary Claude Lopez, 20, of Acworth, and Jean Edel Bapteus, 27, of Florida, were charged with several felonies, including possession of cocaine and Xanax. They were transported to the DeKalb County Jail without further incident.
