Report: King & Queen buildings to be sold for up to $500 million

The King and Queen buildings in Sandy Springs have a buyer in a $480 million to $500 million deal, reports the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

According to the ABC, Land Technology, a Stamford, Conn.-based company, has reached a deal to buy the two Concourse buildings.
