Real estate developer Hines plans to build a 220,000-square-foot development at Atlantic Station targeted at technology companies and others who seek “creative” office space. According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Hines’ seven-story development, described as a new “old” office building, will be located on a 1-acre parcel, currently a surface parking lot, near the Millennium Gate on 17th Street.
Columbia Senior Residences at Forrest Hills, a redevelopment of the former Forrest Heights Apartments complex near Decatur, is now open.
