The FBI is investigating repairs to the home of DeKalb County CEO Lee May, ajc.com and WSB-TV, Channel 2, are reporting.

May got special treatment involving repairs after a sewer line backup to in 2010 spilled raw sewage into his living room, the newspaper and television station’s websites report. May was a county commissioner at the time.

May says he did not seek special treatment and  was not aware that he had received any.
