State Farm plans to build 20-story buildings in Dunwoody

by Ellen Eldridge May 1, 2015

State Farm recently filed plans to rezone 13 acres at Hammond Drive and Perimeter Center Parkway across from the Dunwoody MARTA station, where the insurance giant would develop three approximately 20-story buildings, up to 90,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space, and a park that could knit the entire project together, according to an article posted in Atlanta Business Chronicle.
