Suspended DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis has been found guilty of extortion and perjury, and are reporting.

A jury of six men and six women convicted Ellis of four of nine charges against him, the website is reporting. The jury returned its verdict this morning.

Ellis had been accused of using his position to force county contractors to make donations to his re-election campaign.

A jury last year failed to reach an agreement on any of the charges against him, leading to a mistrial.
