Two “big items” are on the agenda for the July 12 Dunwoody Homeowners Association Meeting, its president said in emailing the agenda.

DHA President Robert Wittenstein said members and attending residents will be updated about State Farm’s project as well as hear from a developer interested in the Georgetown neighborhood.

“We will hear from the folks building the State Farm multi-tower office/retail project at Hammond and Perimeter Center Parkway,” Wittenstein wrote. “We will hear from Acadia homes, they are proposing high-end townhomes on a piece of property that backs up to a Georgetown neighborhood.”

The DHA meets at 7:30 p.m. in Room 4 of the DeKalb Cultural Arts Center, which is located at 5339 Chamblee-Dunwoody Road in Dunwoody.
