The Sandy Springs Festival, an outdoor arts and community event, returns for its 30th year on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 19 and 20.

The festival is presented by Heritage Sandy Springs and held on its site between Sandy Springs Circle and Blue Stone Road.

The event runs 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sat., Sept. 19 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sun., Sept. 20. Some highlights include the annual Pet Parade at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, and the Moondog Growlers Beer Garden serving local craft beers throughout the event.

Admission is $5 for adults (two-day pass $7), $2 for ages 6-17 (two-day pass $3), and free for children 5 and under.
