Embattled Here To Serve Restaurants group closed all of its eateries – Coast, Noche, Prime, Shucks, Smash, Strip and Twist – on Monday and it’s uncertain when they might reopen.

The company, which recently shuttered Aja in Buckhead and Goldfish at Perimeter Mall, posted on its website yesterday that it was “reorganizing” and would “hopefully” reopen the restaurants soon.

11 Alive reported that the company would pay employees on Wednesday and that it had lost its workers compensation insurance.

Here Two Serve has been embroiled in a lawsuit with the owners of Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square over the transfer of leases of Twist and Prime from Chef Tom Catherall to his wife Leigh. Leigh Catherall took control of Here To Serve Restaurants in 2012 as part of a divorce settlement.
