police-siren1Police are searching for the suspects accused of smash-and-grab robberies at two clothing stores on Tuesday, Dec. 1. According to CBS46,  the robbers made of with thousands of dollars in merchandise. The first incident was at Threadz on Saint Charles Avenue in Virginia-Highland. Surveillance video show four males with hold and gloves stealing blue jeans and sneakers. About a half hour later in Buckhead, The North Face store on West Paces Ferry Road was burglarized with an estimated $20,000 in merchandise stolen. This is the second smash-and-grab at The North Face in less than a month. If you have information about either case, call Crime Stoppers at (404) 477-8477.

Atlanta Police are also looking for the suspects in a smash-and-grab robbery at the Dillard’s department store in Atlantic Station that happened on Sunday, Nov. 29, around 4 a.m. Three black males in a stolen, dark-colored Hyundai Sonata pulled up to the store and one of the perpetrators shattered the door with a rock. Police are looking for three teenagers who they say robbed members of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra after a rehearsal on Monday night, Nov. 30. According to WSB Channel 2, two members of the ASO chorus were robbed at gunpoint as they walked back to their cars parked on Peachtree Circle.
