Ethics complaints have been filed against two DeKalb County commissioners–one who is still in office and one who resigned before being imprisoned on corruption charges–alleging misreporting of campaign contributions, ajc.com reports.

The complaints were filed by the group Georgia Ethics Watchdogs against current Commissioner Stan Watson and former, now-imprisoned Commissioner Elaine Boyer. The complaints allege improper use of DeKalb Chamber of Commerce accounts to fund charitable organizations with campaign funds. Boyer is serving a federal prison sentence for spending county funds on personal expenses.
